Jenny Underhill is the owner of Funky Palm Productions, a Punta Gorda-based real estate media company serving Charlotte County and surrounding areas.

She works with Realtors, builders, and contractors to create clean, accurate, and consistent media that actually gets used. From photography and video to drone and 3D tours, every project is built to help properties stand out and make sense to buyers.

Funky Palm Productions also provides documentation services for construction, remodeling, and insurance projects using LiDAR-based iGUIDE technology. That means precise floor plans, measurements, and visual records that go beyond “just photos.”
