As a former CPA with a master’s degree in taxation, I have more than 25 years in real estate investment experience as well as 30+ years of strategic business leadership expertise,  including  serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for a $10 billion company. My business, finance, and HR experience equips me to comprehensively advise and support my clients. I am sensitive to the needs of buyers and sellers in this market, and handle each client with care, professionalism, and responsive service.

My husband and I moved to Punta Gorda from Pennsylvania to enjoy the sunshine, golf, water ways and all the beauty this area has to offer!

A Michigan native, I moved to Florida with my husband John five years ago after completing a six-year sail around the world on our 46’ sloop “Glass Slipper”. The move to Florida was a natural choice, as we could satisfy our love of being on the water. We quickly fell in love with the small town feel of Punta Gorda and its proximity to the sea.

Good communication, determination, and credibility is how I have built my business, which has resulted in over $7,000,000 in successful sales since 2020. Nothing makes me happier than helping a client reach their real estate goals!

I oversee all administrative, marketing and operations for our company. With nearly 10 years of experience as a full-time, licensed Realtor, I am always looking for new and innovative ways to provide our clients with the best possible service. I obtained a Bachelor's in Education, and enjoy using my skills to educate buyers and sellers about the ever-changing market to make sound real estate investments.

Originally from the Finger Lakes area of New York, I moved to Florida at a young age and have been enjoying an amazing recreational lifestyle in Punta Gorda ever since!

Originally from the Hudson Valley area of New York, I moved to Southwest Florida six years ago. In 2019, I became a Licensed Realtor and have since sold roughly $5 million of real estate, from Bonita Springs to North Port. I love real estate because of the opportunities to meet clients from all walks of life. I especially enjoy working with people that are buying their first retirement home in Florida, after dreaming about it for many years.

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and spending quality time with my husband and dog, Kona. I also love to read, attend concerts, and watch baseball.
